As part of the PIONEER Alliance\u2019s Work Package 3, this event offers a unique opportunity to explore how PIONEER Universities can develop their leadership, and joint collaboration to enhance their role as catalysts for inclusive, sustainable, and resilient urban development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.th-koeln.de\/en\/international_office\/pioneer-wp3-workshop-2025_125384.php\">Click here to register for the workshop<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to Expect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explore and discuss recent leadership mappings (current state analyses) across PIONEER institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-design pilot initiatives addressing real institutional challenge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage the best practices shared by peers from other European higher education institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a shared framework for implementing transformative change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in interactive sessions like gallery walks, creative brainstorming, and idea pitching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect with peers across academic, administrative, and support roles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Should Join?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re passionate about developing leadership, collaboration and ways of working within our institutions, within the PIONEER alliance and the surrounding ecosystem, this workshop is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected participants (4) representing each PIONEER institution in WP3 direction setting and upcoming pilot selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation of members representing different staff groups (teaching, research, administration, managerial and leadership, etc.), who are involved in leading projects, teams, or collaborations\u2014whether formally or informally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Venue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop takes place in the flexible&nbsp;Bildungswerkstatt&nbsp;space, with adaptable rooms, a communal kitchen, and access to outdoor areas by the River Rhein\u2014perfect for walking sessions and informal networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Foto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We kindlly request that participants email a foto of themselves to the workshop hosts to be used as part of the workshop posters.
