She teaches courses on Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and Work and Organizational Psychology. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and completed her Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology. Earned her PhD in Management with a specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Iscte in 2020.
