The Federação Portuguesa de Cicloturismo e Utilizadores de Bicicleta  (FPCUB) aims to develop the practice of ecological cyclotourism for leisure, maintenance and tourism, to promote and disseminate, to pursue prevention and road safety through the use of bicycles, to defend and preserve the environment, nature and the natural and built heritage, implement adventure and nature activities with off-road bicycles, represent cycle tourism and related activities internationally and in Portugal, directing and regulating it in our country, and fight for the interests of its members, who are forbidden economic profit as such, with the public administration.
